Where traditional farming knowledge meets modern sustainability

In the hills of Abruzzo, where time seems to move more slowly, we fulfilled our dream two years ago. On our small farm, we work in harmony with nature, combining the wisdom of traditional agriculture with modern insights into biodiversity and sustainability.

Our philosophy is simple: we let nature take its course as much as possible. Where others have neatly mowed fields and spray pesticides, we have bees and butterflies buzzing among the wildflowers. Between our young vineyard with seven different grape varieties, in our vegetable garden and among the olive trees, herbs and other crops grow - because diversity makes the ecosystem stronger.

Our first Olive Oil

This year, we are proud to present our first olive oil. After restoring the neglected olive grove and pruning the trees, we were able to hand-pick our first harvest. We do not use any pesticides or fertilizers, allowing the pure taste of the olives to shine through. By choosing centrifugation over pressing, the pits remain intact, resulting in a soft, natural flavor without bitter notes.

We have deliberately chosen not to filter the oil - a small amount of sediment testifies to its pure, unprocessed character.

What's Next

Step by step, we are creating a place where nature-inclusive entrepreneurship and living come together. In the future, we will organize workshops, rent out vacation apartments and offer opportunities for work-ation stays - a place where like-minded people can experience what it's like to live and work in harmony with nature.
