Our Artisanal Liqueurs

From the hills of Abruzzo, we craft small-batch liqueurs using fruit and botanicals grown on our farm or foraged in the wild. Everything is made slowly, in season, and by hand, no additives, no shortcuts. Just pure flavour, sunshine, and tradition in every bottle.
Perfect to sip slowly, share with friends, or finish a good meal.

Limoncello

Made with sun-ripened lemons from an organic orchard on Sicily, hand-peeled and infused in pure alcohol. Fresh, zesty and pure, the taste of the Italian summer.

Did you know limoncello is traditionally served after the meal as a digestif, ice-cold in small glasses?

Spiced Arancello

A spiced twist on the classic arancello, infused with orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Warm and citrusy, like winter in a glass.

Arancello is usually seen as the sweeter sibling of limoncello, but with these spices it takes on a complex and festive character. Ideal around the holidays or with dessert.

Nespolino

Made from nespolos (loquats) that grow on our hillside trees. Soft, fruity and round, with notes of apricot and almond.

The nespolo is an early harbinger of spring: harvested when most trees are still bare.

Nocino

A robust walnut liqueur made from green walnuts picked in June, infused with herbs and spices. Deep, earthy and slightly bitter, a true digestif.

According to tradition, walnuts are picked on June 24th, the feast day of San Giovanni, when they are still young and tender. In the past, women would do this barefoot at dawn, in silence, as a ritual.

Umeshu

Our interpretation of Japanese umeshu, made with wild plums and apricots from our land. Lightly sweet, slightly tart and dangerously smooth.

Although umeshu is traditionally made with Japanese ume plums, our version made with local fruit gives a Mediterranean twist to this classic drink. Perfect over ice or in a summer cocktail.

Ratafià

A traditional Abruzzese liqueur of cherries, red wine and alcohol, enriched with a mix of local herbs. Rich, spicy and steeped in nostalgia.

The name comes from the Latin 'Rata fiat' – so be it. In the past, this liqueur was served to seal a pact or agreement. Every family has its own secret recipe.

Allorino

A clear liqueur of fresh bay leaves, steeped in pure alcohol and balanced with a light sugar syrup. Earthy, spicy and unexpectedly refreshing.

Allorino is an ancient tradition from southern Italy, a liqueur with character, often homemade. The fragrant oils from young bay leaves give a deep, lightly peppery flavour that lingers.

Giuggiolino

A gentle liqueur made from ripe giuggiole (jujubes), hand-picked at the end of summer. Velvety and honeyed in flavour, with subtle notes of date, rose and autumn sun. An ode to forgotten fruit and slow days.

The giuggiola was once a beloved fruit throughout Italy but has fallen into obscurity. In some regions it survives in local sayings: 'in brodo di giuggiole' means being over the moon.

Cotognello

A full-bodied, aromatic liqueur of quinces, slowly cooked and infused in alcohol until their floral and lightly spiced aroma is released. Elegant and slightly tart, an autumn drink with character.

The quince was regarded in ancient times as a symbol of love and fertility. In Italy it is traditionally made into membrillo or mostarda, but as a liqueur it reveals a surprising depth.

Meloncello

Made from ripe melons from our own land, carefully puréed and infused in alcohol until their full flavour is released. Soft, creamy and distinctly fruity, pure summer melon in a glass.

Meloncello is the sunny cousin of limoncello. This creamy liqueur is often served ice-cold and is perfect as a refreshing end to a meal or in a summer cocktail.

Meloncello con Menta

A fresh twist on the classic meloncello, enriched with fresh mint leaves from our garden. Sunny, juicy and cool at the same time, like a summer breeze in a glass.

The combination of melon and mint is surprisingly refreshing. Perfect as an aperitif, or served over crushed ice on a warm evening.

Meloncello con Verbena

An aromatic variation with lemon verbena, which adds a light citrus-herbaceous note to the gentle meloncello. Elegant, floral and invigorating.

Lemon verbena is known for its calming scent and fresh flavour. This meloncello gains a subtle herbal edge, a rare combination of softness and tension.
