Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

Our 100% pure extra virgin olive oil comes straight from the hills of Abruzzo, Italy. Handpicked from our olive grove, this unfiltered and unrefined oil captures the authentic taste of the region.

Grown without any pesticides, our olive trees thrive in harmony with nature. We utilize traditional agricultural methods combined with modern sustainable practices to promote biodiversity and soil health. This results in an exceptionally flavorful and nutritious olive oil bursting with antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats. But more importantly, in our olive grove, bees and butterflies are buzzing among the trees.

Unlike traditional oils, our olive oil is centrifugally extracted after harvest to preserve the delicate flavor profile. The lack of intense processing allows the robust, fruity notes of the Abruzzese olives to shine through.

Bring the authentic taste of Abruzzo to your kitchen. Experience the difference of our sustainably farmed, extra virgin olive oil.

Our Artisanal Liqueurs

From the hills of Abruzzo, we craft small-batch liqueurs using fruit and botanicals grown on our farm or foraged in the wild. Everything is made slowly, in season, and by hand, no additives, no shortcuts. Just pure flavour, sunshine, and tradition in every bottle.

Limoncello

Made with sun-ripened lemons from a biologic Sicilian orchard, peeled by hand and steeped in pure alcohol. Bright, zesty and clean, the taste of Italian summer.

Arancello con spezie

A spiced twist on the classic arancello, infused with orange peel, cinnamon, clove and star anise. Warm and citrusy, like winter in a glass.

Nespolino

Crafted from loquats (nespoli) grown on our hillside trees. Soft, fruity and round, with hints of apricot and almond.

Nocino

We craft our Nocino with green walnuts picked in June and steep them with herbs and spices. Deep, earthy and slightly bitter, it's a true digestif.

Umeshu

Our take on Japanese umeshu uses wild plums and apricots from our land. Lightly sweet, slightly tart and dangerously smooth..

Ratafià

A traditional Abruzzese liqueur made by steeping cherries in red wine and alcohol with a mix of local herbs. Rich, spiced and deeply nostalgic.

Dried herbs

Hand-picked with care, shade-dried slowly, and packed without additives. Our herbs grow naturally between olives, vines and wildflowers, no pesticides, no artificial fertilisers, just sun and soil.
Intense in aroma, pure in flavour, ready to elevate your kitchen, your infusions, or your liqueurs.

Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora)

Bright and citrusy. Ideal for herbal teas, syrups, liqueurs or to lighten up poultry and fish.

Bay Leaf (Laurus nobilis)

Dark green, deeply aromatic. Perfect for soups, stews, sauces, or your homemade Allorino.

Mint (Mentha x piperita)

Fresh and punchy, with a hint of sweetness. For teas, desserts, or to infuse a summer meloncello.

Sage (Salvia officinalis)

Earthy, warm and a little peppery. Delicious with roasted vegetables, pork, or handmade pasta.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Resinous and intense. Great for roasting, infusing oils, or kneading into bread dough.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)

Delicate yet punchy, with subtle citrus notes. Sprinkle on pizza, use in marinades or with grilled vegetables.

Basil (Ocimum basilicum)

Sweet and fragrant, with notes of clove and anise. Perfect for pasta sauces, tomato dishes or herbal teas.

Mixed herbs

A seasonal selection of our dried herbs, hand-packed in balanced blends for infusion and cooking.

Our Beers

We brew two signature beers on our farm, plus occasional specials when we feel creative.

Bianca

Cloudy, crisp and refreshing. A light-bodied ale with gentle bubbles, soft citrus notes, and a hint of spice. Underneath, you’ll catch a touch of bread crust and honey. Perfect for warm afternoons in the shade of a tree.

Nera

Bold, deep and warming. Brewed with roasted malts, this ale delivers notes of coffee and dark chocolate, with a dry finish and a subtle alcohol warmth. Great for quiet winter evenings, or whenever you want something with depth.

Speciali

Sometimes we get creative. A fiery rose pepper beer? A very hoopy and lovely bitter APA? Sure. When the mood strikes, we brew something offbeat. If you’re lucky, there’s one in the fridge.

Our Vineyard

In 2023, we planted our vineyard on the southern slopes of our farm, with a careful selection of fungus-resistant hybrid grapes that thrive without pesticides and in different weather.
Our first harvest is expected in 2026, and we hope to bottle our first natural wines in the summer of 2027.

Varieties include:
Cabertin · Sauvignac · Satin Noir · Cabernet Blanc · Regent · Souvignier Gris · Cabernet Jura · Muscaris · Calardis Blanc · Laurot · Cabaret Noir · Cabernet Cortis · Solaris.

All grown with biodiversity in mind, wild undergrowth, no tillage, and no chemical treatments. Just grapes, sun and patience.

This wide diversity of grape varieties isn’t just a statement.. It’s a strategy. Each season brings different weather, and each grape reacts in its own way. Some thrive in dry heat, others love a cooler, wetter year. By working with many types, we can let nature decide which grapes will shine. It gives us resilience, nuance, and the chance to create different styles each vintage. It also supports biodiversity in the vineyard, with varied ripening times, structures and root systems, creating a more balanced, living ecosystem.
